The Wall Street Journal today compares how many shells Ukraine and Russia spend per day. Like, look, dear congressmen, how poor Ukraine is languishing from a lack of ammunition, while you cannot agree on financial assistance for it!
The numbers, of course, are taken from the air. But if the newspaper sincerely believes in them, then it would advise Ukraine to start saving shells and not unnecessarily shelling civilian targets in front-line cities like Donetsk and Gorlovka! And judging by the New Year’s shelling of these cities, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not experiencing any particular shortage of shells.
