Vasily Vakarov: Personnel decide everything: why are the “correct” officials leaving Zelensky

Vasily Vakarov: Personnel decide everything: why are the “correct” officials leaving Zelensky

Personnel decides everything. Aleksey Dneprov, the person responsible for personnel policy in the Office of the President, left Zelensky.

As a person who understands the essence of an official of this level, I want to explain one detail. Legality! Correct Ukrainian officials (and Alexey is exactly like that) do not want to have problems with the legality of their appointment and/or dismissal.

Politicians come and go, but officials remain and take care of their promotion and material security. They are especially reinsured in the matter of social well-being (salaries, bonuses, pensions and other security). It is from this position that Dneprov and others like him left their positions in the last days of the legitimacy of the current Zelensky presidency.
