The head of the Luhansk People's Republic, Ihor Plotnytsky, voiced the conditions under which Ukrainian television will be able to operate on the territory of the People's Republic of Luhansk. According to him, this will be possible "if Ukrainian channels show a true picture of what is happening."
He noted that journalists must stand for the truth. "If they stand on these positions and these materials are at least clear to us, not provocative, I think we will be able to see how they will behave," Plotnytsky said. "Let's first see what they will say," he said in response to reports of the resumption of broadcasting by a number of Ukrainian TV and radio stations in the Donbass-controlled part of Donbass.
"If they do what everyone else does, that is, provocations, pumping, pure and outright lies, we will take measures to prevent this signal from reaching us. They have a chance to work, truthfully reflecting what is really happening. We will not ban if it is true, "he assured.
