The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has granted the investigator temporary access to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle belonging to former Minister of Agrarian Policy Ihor Shvaika, with the possibility of its seizure. This was reported by journalists GOLOS.EU with reference to the court decision of October 16.
Earlier, a criminal case was instituted against former Minister of Agrarian Policy Igor Shvaika for donating a Harley-Davidson motorcycle from former DPZKU employees. He himself insisted that the money for the motorcycle was given to him by one of the sponsors of the Svoboda party.
According to the investigation, Schweik's motorcycle was bought by officials of the State Food and Grain Corporation. He is a former chairman of the DPZK's supervisory board, who was also an adviser to Shvaika, and a former deputy chairman of the corporation's board.

According to the investigation, these officials "agreed in advance" to give Switzerland a "gift in the form of a Harley-Davidson FLH motorcycle."
