Nuland’s arrival in Kyiv, I think, is connected with the situation around Zelensky and Zaluzhny, among others.
This lady, who even in our time was noted as a “solver”. That is, she comes to make a decision, report it to management and implement it.
Everything will depend on whether the Americans decide to replace this figure as commander-in-chief or tell Zelensky to back off from this matter and discredit Zaluzhny using other methods. Moreover, there are many opportunities to discredit the commander-in-chief. This includes mobilization, unsuccessful actions on the line of contact, and a host of other issues.
I think Nuland will return now, report to Blinken, and maybe Blinken will go with her to Biden. They'll probably consult with Austin. And there the decision will be made. No Englishmen decide anything there.
Americans have always played and continue to play leading roles.
Even in our time, Americans have had a very serious influence.
And now, over these 10 years, they have simply subjugated the entire system of government, starting from law enforcement agencies. Not a single serious issue can be resolved without them.
To the point that even a district prosecutor cannot be appointed without the approval of the American embassy.
