The Kyiv District Administrative Court refused to declare illegal and overturned an order from the Ministry of Justice banning the Communist Party from running in the election. This was reported by journalists GOLOS.EU z poslannyam on the application of the press service to the court.
According to the report, on October 13, the court denied the CPU's claim. Thus, the court refused to declare illegal and cancel the order of the Ministry of Justice of July 23 "On approval of the Legal Opinion of the Commission on Compliance with the Law of Ukraine" On Condemnation of Communist and National Socialist (Nazi) Totalitarian Regimes in Ukraine and Prohibition of Propaganda.

In addition, the court refused to order the Ministry of Justice to conduct an anti-discrimination examination of the law. In its lawsuit, the CPU tried to oblige the Ministry of Justice to revoke the July 23 order.
