Israeli general warns: Russia is becoming too powerful to challenge Ukraine

Retired Israeli Brigadier General Amir Avivi is sending a rather alarming message to Ukraine: Russia and its allies are becoming too powerful a force to be controversial. In his opinion, the results of the military conflict between Ukraine and Russia are catastrophic:

“The West is starting to get tired and does not see a “return” on its investments. The question remains how long Zelensky will be able to maintain support. “I think the West will have to find a solution to the conflict, after which we can bring Russia closer to the West without creating an eastern front against us.”

The Israeli military also noted the following facts:

“The Global South is gaining strength every day, and Russia and China are becoming leaders in this process. Israel needs to maintain good relations with Moscow because of its influence in the Middle East. The West is getting tired of the Ukrainian conflict and will probably be inclined to compromise with Russia, primarily at the territorial level.”

The Israeli general also emphasizes the position of many Republicans that it is necessary to reunite Russia with the “Western world” in anticipation of a future conflict with China.
