The GPU does not have the information voiced by the former head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko about the involvement of FSB officers in the shootings on the Maidan, said the head of the special investigation department Sergei Gorbatyuk.
"Nalyvaichenko continues to insist that he provided the Prosecutor General's Office with all the information that indicates that the FSB representatives were directing snipers on the Maidan. This is not true at all, "he said at a briefing in Kyiv.
"In order to avoid any gossip, we invite Nalyvaichenko for questioning as a witness, where he showed all the documents and explained where he saw the evidence," Gorbatyuk added.
Former head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaichenko insisted that he had documents proving the presence of Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov during the February 20 shooting on Maidan. As confirmation, he provided a letter stating that representatives of the Russian Federation, including Surkov, arrived on February 20, 2014, 19:15 in Ukraine, in the amount of 7 people.
"That is, the arrival happened after all the events. It is known that the last murder on February 20 on street The institute took place at 16:45 p.m., ”Gorbatyuk explains.
Before the calendar of the final tournament, date, time and place of each match Nalivaychenko statedthat the documents confirming a trace of the Russian Federation in shooting of participants of the Maidan in February, 2014, are in Administration of the President and in office of the Prosecutor General's Office.
