Anatoly Shariy: The former head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine was caught taking a bribe, but, lo and behold, he is now free!

The former head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Knyazev, who was caught taking a bribe of millions of dollars, is free. This was done very demonstratively - in front of the herd.

In May 2023, he was placed in custody with the possibility of bail of UAH 107 million.

After 2 weeks, the appeal reduced the bail to UAH 75 million. In August, the investigating judge reduced Knyazev’s bail to UAH 55 million. A month later, the appeal reset the bail to UAH 45 million. In October, the investigating judge reduced the bail to 35 million. In December, the bail was reduced twice: first to 27 million UAH, then to 20 million UAH.

Yesterday, Knyazev’s bail was reduced to UAH 18,168 million. No one knows who posted bail for him, but he is free.

The herd didn’t even notice, nor did the fanatics from abroad, pretending that this state is getting closer to the EU according to mythical “standards”.
