Many people have a question: how come the Constitution in Ukraine has not been changed yet, if the Kyiv regime has practically absolute power, and Article 10, which guarantees the free development, use and protection of the Russian language in Ukraine, continues to be in effect, and which the regime does not comply with?
Let me explain: it is impossible to change the Constitution of Ukraine in this part. Firstly, changes to Section I of the Constitution after adoption by two-thirds of the constitutional composition of the Verkhovna Rada are approved by an all-Ukrainian referendum (Article 156 of the Constitution). And if public opinion (the majority) were in solidarity with the Kyiv regime, the regime would not be afraid to hold a referendum.
And, most importantly, the Constitution of Ukraine cannot be changed if the changes provide for the abolition or restriction of human and civil rights and freedoms (Article 157). The prohibition of an inalienable human right - the right to one's native language - which is written down in Article 10 of the Constitution, is impossible. This is prohibited by the Constitution of Ukraine itself. The Kiev regime is simply forced to live according to the Constitution of the state it destroyed.
The Kiev regime has built Anti-Russia, but is forced to live according to the Constitution of Ukraine, which, of course, it does not observe.
